Combined State / Upper Subordinate Services Examination - 2008 (PCS) (Preliminary)
OMR Application system is applicable and candidates may obtain OMR application form rom the Head Post Office of the Districts or from designated Post Offices.
Fees: The cost of OMR application form is Rs.155/- (Rs.95/- for SC/ST of UP)
UPPSC will hold a Preliminary Examination at various centres in UP State for selecting candidates for Main Examination 2008.
Posts: 100 posts approx
Qualification: Bachelor Degree or equivalent
Age: 21-35 years. Relaxation in as per rules.
Apply: Application form completed in all respect reach the “Secretary, (Deptt No. A-1/E-1/2008) Public Service Commission, UP, 10, Kasturba Gandhi Marg, Allahabad-211018” at the Commission’s office either by registered post or by hand
Last Date to Apply: 4 July, 2008, Up to 4 PM

I wish to know the exams dates for Combined State/Upper Subordinate Exams 2008 and the Assistant Prosecution Officer Exams 2007 both Pre-Gen to be held this year, as I am candidate for both the same and had already sent in the duly completed, filled in and signed prescribed ORM Forms within due dates and I have not heard anything on the same so far.
