Applications are invited for appointment to the following posts from eligible candidates:

Deputy Registrar-Post-1
Pay Scale: Rs.15600-39100+GP 6600
Age: Max 45 years (Maximum age limit 50 years in the case of SC/ST and 55 years in the case of Physically Challenged)
Qualification:
(a) A Master’s degree with atleast 55% of Marks /B grade of the UGC seven point scale.
(b) A relaxation of 5% of Marks shall be given to SC/ST & physically challenged.
(c) Five years experience as Assistant Registrar or its equivalent cadre in the institutions of higher learning.
(d) Knowledge of computer is essential.

Assistant Registrar-Posts-2
Pay Scale: Rs.15600-39100+GP 5400
Age: Max 45 years (Maximum age limit 50 years in the case of SC/ST and 55 years in the case of Physically Challenged)
Qualification:
(a) A Master’s degree with atleast 55% of Marks /B grade of the UGC seven point scale
(b) 3 years of Academic / 5 years as administrative experience in the Superintendent cadre or its equivalent cadre in the institutions of higher learning.
(c) Knowledge of computer is essential.

Personal Assistant to Vice-Chancellor-Post-1
Pay Scale: Rs.15600-39100+GP 5400
Age: Max 45 years (Maximum age limit 50 years in the case of SC/ST and 55 years in the case of Physically Challenged)
Qualification:
(a) Any Master’s degree (55% or B grade) of the UGC seven point scale.
(b) PG Diploma in Computer Applications.
(c) Shorthand –Tamil and English-Higher Grade will be preferable.
(d) Administrative experience for not less than five years
Desirable:
Experience of working in Computer based technologies.

Superintendent-Posts-4
Pay Scale: Rs.9300-34800+GP 4800
Age: Max 35 years (Maximum age limit 40 years in the case of SC/ST and 45 years in the case of Physically Challenged)
Qualification:
(a) Any Graduate
(b) A pass in Account test for sub-ordinate officer, part-I.
(c) Typewriting Higher grade in English and Tamil
(d) Diploma in Computer Applications from a recognized institution.
Desirable:
Administrative experience for not less than five years in the recognized institutions of higher learning.

Assistant cum Computer Operator-Posts-8
Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200+GP 2200
Age: Max 35 years (Maximum age limit 40 years in the case of SC/ST and 45 years in the case of Physically Challenged)
Qualification:
(a) Any degree (Degree in B.Sc. Computer Science / B.C.A. desirable)
(b) Diploma in Computer Applications from a recognized institution.
Desirable:
Experience of working in Computer based technologies.

Personal Clerk to Vice-Chancellor-Post-1
Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200+GP 2200
Age: Max 35 years (Maximum age limit 40 years in the case of SC/ST and 45 years in the case of Physically Challenged)
Qualification:
(a) Any Degree
(b) English and Tamil – Higher Grade Typewriting
(c) PG Diploma in Computer Applications from a recognized institution.

Lab Technician-Posts-4
Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200+GP 2200
Age: Max 35 years (Maximum age limit 40 years in the case of SC/ST and 45 years in the case of Physically Challenged)
Qualification:
(a) Graduate in the discipline concerned.
(b) Knowledge of computer is essential.
Desirable:
Experience in the laboratory of any Educational Institution.

System Administrator-Post-1
Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200+GP 4400
Age: Max 35 years (Maximum age limit 40 years in the case of SC/ST and 45 years in the case of Physically Challenged)
Qualification:
(a) B.E. (Computer Science / Electronics) / M.C.A. / M.Sc. Computer Science with First Class.
(b) Experience as Programmer for not less than two years.
(c) Knowledge in Visual Basic, Oracle & Web Tech. with 2 yrs. Experience.

Desirable For All:
Knowledge of Tamil to the extent of carrying out official correspondences and drafting official reports is essential.
