Supervisor (Laundry)-Posts-1
Pay Scale: As per negotiation
Qualification & Experience:
i) Graduate in any stream from a recognized university
ii) Minimum 5 years experience in a big laundry.

Laboratory Technician-Posts-13
Pay Scale: Rs. 10,000/- with B.Sc. MLT qualification / Rs. 8,500/- with DMLT
qualification
Qualification & Experience:
(i) 10+2 or its equivalent from recognized Board/ University/Institution with Science
(ii) Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from a recognized Institution.
(iii) Preference will be given to the candidates possessing B.Sc.(MLT) qualification.
(iv) Working experience of three years in a recognized Hospital/ Institution.
(v) Punjabi up to Matriculation level.

Radiographer-Posts-2
Pay Scale: Rs. 10,000/-
Qualification & Experience:
(i) 10+2 or its equivalent from recognized Board/ University/Institution with Science
(ii) Diploma in Radiography from a recognized Institution.
(iii) Punjabi up to Matriculation level.

O.T.A-Posts-7
Pay Scale: Rs. 8500/-
Qualification & Experience:
(i) Matric with Science /10+2 or its equivalent from recognized University/Institution with science.
(ii) Diploma in O.T.A from a recognized Institution.
(iii) Punjabi up to Matriculation level.

Laboratory Attendant-Posts-6
Pay Scale: Rs. 6,000/- with DMLT qualification / Rs. 5,000/- with Matric qualification
Qualification & Experience:
(i) Matric with Science (Physics & Chemistry) from recognized Board/ University/ Institution
(ii) Preference will be given to the candidates Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from a recognized Institution.
(iii) Punjabi up to Matriculation level.

Refractionist -Posts-1
Pay Scale: Rs. 13500/-
Qualification & Experience:
(i) Should have passed Senior Secondary Part-II examination in Science with Biology as one of the subject or its equivalent from a recognizes university or institution
(ii) Should possess a diploma of Ophthalmic Assistant from a recognizes university or institution.

Data Entry Operator-Posts-30
Pay Scale: Rs. 6000/- p.m.
Qualification & Experience:
(i) Graduate 2nd class in any stream from a recognized University
(ii) Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications from a recognized University/Board.

Steno-typist-Posts-6
Pay Scale: Rs. 6500/-
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate 2nd class in any stream with a speed of 80/40 WPM in English Shorthand/Typing & proficiency in Computers. Experienced persons will be preferred.

Candidates already in service must route their application Through Proper Channel. The Application on prescribed proforma must accompany self attested copies of certificates for proof of date of birth, marks sheet, degree, experience etc. Applications should be addressed to Office of the Registrar, Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Sadiq Road, Faridkot on or before 17.9.2010 upto 5pm.
