Manager/ Deputy Manager (Vigilance)
Essential Qualification: Post Graduate/ Graduate with LLB.
Experience: 10-15 years in vigilance setup.
Pay Scale: Rs.13000-350-18250/ 10750-300-16750.
Age: 35-45 years.
Deputy Manager/ Assistant Manager (Industrial Relation)
Essential Qualification: MBA/ PG Diploma in PM&IR with LLB
Experience: 5-10 years having exposure of handling/ appearing in Adjudication. Arbitration, Conciliation, Domestic enquiry proceedings, legal cases including labour cases and service matters
Pay Scale: Rs.10750-300-16750/ 8600-250-14600.
Age: 30-40 years
Welfare Officer (Grade II)
Essential Qualification: Degree or diploma in Social Sciences or Labour Welfare or Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from any Recognized University or Institutions
Experience: Minimum 05 years as Welfare Officer (Grade III).
Pay Scale: Rs. 8000-275-13500.
Age: More than 25 years
Chief Internal Auditor (on Contract)
Essential Qualification: CA or ICWA
Experience: Minimum 10 years post qualification experience of auditing and accountancy preferably in engineering industry.
Pay: Negotiable
Age: Around 50 years.
Last Date to Apply : 20 days from 02.02.2010 i.e. up to 21.02.2010

General Instructions :
Exceptionally good candidate can be considered for relaxation of age limit. Compensation packages for the above posts shall be commensurate with experience and qualification. Reservation as per Government of India Rules will be applicable.
Candidates serving in Govt. Organisation/ PSE shall require NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE at the time of interview. Candidates called for interview shall be reimbursed Travelling Allowance (as per rules of the company) for to-and-fro train fare from Boarding station or mailing address, whichever is nearer to the place of interview, by shortest route on production of proof of journey.
