I had applied for the post of Executive Trainee in the discipline of environment against the advertisement No.54/2008. When my application of dt.28.07.2008 was not considered for the said post, I enquired about the reason for not considering my candidature, I addressed the SJVNL (Joint venture of Govt. India & Govt. of H.P.) to intimate the reason for not considering my application. The reply sent by the SJVNL reproduced as under “The application of Vivek Thakur against Advt. No.54/08 was received for the post of Executive Trainee (Environment. The Educational Qualification in the above post was ” Full time B.Tech./ Full Time B.E. in Environmental Engineering OR two years full time post graduate degree in Environmental Engineering/ Environmental Science. The applicant did not possess the requisite qualification as he has M.Sc. (Ecology & Environment) through correspondence therefore, he along with other similar placed candidates was not called for written test.”

In this regard I would like to requestyou to kindly refer to the GOI (Ministry of Human Resource Development, Department of Education Part-I, Section-I of Gazette of India Notification (44) Dt. New Delhi 01.03.1995.
In view of the notification of the GOI, my candidature was legitimate & in order for the said post. Now what should I do??
A line of confirmation would be highly appreciated.
