Satish Dhawan Space Centre SHAR is one of the lead Centres of Indian Space Research Organisation and situated at Sriharikota in Andhra Pradesh. Satish Dhawan Space Centre SHAR has unique combination of facilities of Solid Propellant Production plant, a rocket motor Static Test Facility, Launch complexes for variety of rockets, Telemetry, Telecommand, Tracking, Data Acquisition and processing facilities and other support services.

How to Apply:
- The application for on-line registration will be hosted in SDSC-SHAR web-site between 01/11/2009(1000 Hrs) to 16/11/2009(1700 Hrs).
- Candidates may visit our website: www.shar.gov.in to register their applications on-line.
- Applications will be received on-line only.
- Upon registration, applicants will be provided with an on-line Registration Number, which should be carefully preserved for future reference. E-mail ID of the applicant will have to be given in the application compulsorily.
- The on-line application has to be invariably followed-up with a “No Objection Certificate” from the employer concerned, by those already in employment under Central/State Government, Public Sector Undertakings, Autonomous Bodies, duly indicating the Name,Post No. and Registration No. on the reverse of the No Objection Certificate.
- SC/ST/OBC and Persons with Disabilities (PWD) candidates for age relaxation will have to send the attested Caste Certificate and Disability Certificate issued by Medical Board respectively duly indicating the Name, Post No. and Registration No. on the reverse of Caste Certificate/Disability Certificate.
- Candidates applying for the post Nos. 13 & 14 have to submit attested copy of Disability Certificate in the prescribed format (To download click here) duly indicating the Name,Post No. and Reg. No. on the reverse of Disability Certificate.
- Candidates belong to OBC, applying for the post of Canteen Supervisor(Post No. 16) have to submit attested copy of Other Backward Classes Certificate in the prescribed format duly indicating the Name,Post NO. and Reg. No. on the reverse of OBC Certificate for considering his/her candidature for the post reserved for OBC.
- Candidates applying for the post of Canteen Supervisor(Post No.16) have to submit attested copy of Diploma Certificate in Hotel Management and Catering technology duly indicating the Name,Post No. and Reg.No. on the reverse side of Diploma Certificates for considering his/her candidature for the post of Canteen Supervisor and should reach the Administrative Officer,Recruitment,Satish Dhawan Space Center SHAR,Sriharikota-524124,Sri Potti Sri Ramulu Nellore Dt,Andhra Pradesh within seven days of Registration of the application through on-line by the candidate and in any case not later than 23/11/2009 without which the application will not be considered.
- The ‘No Objection Certificate’, Caste Certificate and Disability Certificate should reach the Administrative Officer, Recruitment, Satish Dhawan Space Centre SHAR, Sriharikota-524 124, Sri Potti Sriramulu Nellore District, Andhra Pradesh with in seven days of registration of the application through on-line by the candidate and in any case not later than 23/11/2009 without which the application will not be considered.
