The Gautam Buddha University invites applications for the Teaching & Non-Teaching positions:
Teaching Positions:

Professor
Pay Scale: Rs. 37400-67000 with AGP of Rs. 10500/-PM
Qualification & Experience:
Ph.D. with first class or equivalent in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record throughout. An outstanding professional, working in industry with established reputation and having made significant contribution to knowledge but not having a Ph.D. degree, could also be considered in exceptional case. Minimum 10 years in Teaching/Research/Industry experience at appropriate level of which at least 3 years should be at the level of Associate Professor or equivalent and should have good research publications. Experience of supervising research is essential.

Associate Professor
Pay Scale: Rs. 37400-67000 with AGP of Rs. 9500/-PM
Qualification & Experience:
Ph.D. with first class or equivalent in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record throughout. An outstanding professional, working in industry with established reputation and having made significant contribution to knowledge but not having a Ph.D. degree, could also be considered in exceptional case. Minimum 8 years Teaching/Research/Industry experience at appropriate level of which at least 3 years should be at the level of Assistant Professor or equivalent and should also have good research publications. Experience of supervising research is desirable.

Assistant Professor
Pay Scale: Rs. 15600-39100 with AGP of Rs. 8000/-PM
Qualification & Experience:
Ph.D. with first class or equivalent in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record throughout. An outstanding professional, working in industry with established reputation and having made significant contribution to knowledge but not having a Ph.D. degree, could also be considered in exceptional case. Minimum 03 year Teaching/Research/Industry experience Good research publications are essential.

Non-Teaching Positions:
Research Associate
Pay Scale: Rs. 33,000 (consolidated)
Qualification & Experience:
Postgraduate degree in relevant discipline with minimum 55% marks for General/OBC and 50% marks for SC/ST Candidates. Minimum 01 year Teaching/Research/Industry experience at appropriate level. Good Research publications are desirable.

Computer Programmer
Pay Scale: Rs. 15600-39100) with GP of Rs. 5400/-PM
Qualification & Experience:
B. Tech (Computer Science & Engineering)/MCA with I class or equivalent. Minimum 01 year experience of Computer Programming at appropriate level.
