Job Description :
The Pondicherry University invites applications for the following posts :
Graduate Trainee (Library) : 05 posts
(UR-4, OBC-1)
Stipend : Rs.7,500/- p.m. (Consolidated) for I year & Rs.8,000/- p.m. (Consolidated) for II year,
Age Limit : Upper age limit is 28 years, as on the last date for receipt of completed application. Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PH is admissible as per Govt. of India Norms.
Educational Qualification :
- Graduates with a minimum of second class along with Bachelor of Library & Information Science degree from any recognized University.
- Knowledge of data processing is desirable. Preference will be given to candidates who have previous experience of working in a Technical Library.
Application Fee : A Bank draft of Rs. 100/- (Rs.25/- for SC/ST/PH) drawn in favour of the Finance Officer, Pondicherry University payable at Puducherry.
