b) SSLC/ Matric or equivalent certificate
c) HSC / PUC/ or equivalent certificate
d) Diploma / Degree Certificates
e) SC/ST/OBC/PH certificate, if applicable
f) Experience certificate, if applicable
g) NOC from the employer, if applicable
h) Any other relevant documents.
