The posts are available at Head Office, New Delhi and Regional Offices situated all over India:

Manager (Admn.)-Post-1
Pay scale: 20600-46500 (IDA). Total emoluments at minimum of the basic pay would be Rs.38500/- p.m (approx.)
Age: Max 40 years as on 1st Jan.,2010
Qualification:
i) IInd class Graduate of a recognised university and Post Graduate Degree/diploma in Industrial relations/Social works, Personnel Management or MBA (HR) or MSW (PM & IR) or MA(PMIR)
ii) Must have 10 years experience, out of which 3 years as Asstt. Manager or equivalent position in Personnel/Administration Department, dealing with HR/Establishment, recruitment and allied matters in Government or Public Sector Undertaking or Autonomous
bodies or Statutory Bodies in CDA scale of Rs.9300-34800+GP 5400/- or 16400-40500 (IDA).

Asstt. Manager (Legal)-Post-1
Pay Scale : 16400-40,500 (IDA). Total emoluments at minimum of the basic pay would be Rs.31500/- p.m ( approx.)
Age: Max 40 years as on 1st Jan.,2010
Qualification:
i) LLB (3 years) or 5 years intergraded Law Course from recognised university.
ii) Maximum 5 years post qualification experience. Out of which 3 years working experience in scale of pay of Rs.9300-34800+GP 4200/- or 12600-32500(IDA) or equivalent. Must have experience in drafting/ vetting/execution of legal documents of Corporation independently pertaining to officials, land and revenue. Estate matters, Contract agreement, cases of consumer court and also general office administration.
OR
iii) 3 years practice at Bar, apart from producing certificate from the concerned Bar council/association, the candidates shall be required to certify with appropriate evidence that she/he has represented in at least 5 matters in the year while practicing at Bar.
Desirable:
Post Graduate in Law (LLM) from recognised University.

Manager (Prodn.)-Post-1
Pay scale: 20600-46500 (IDA) Total emoluments at the minimum of the scale would be Rs.38500/- p.m. approx.
Age: Max 40 years as on 1st Jan.,2010
Qualification:
i) Master’s Degree in Botany or Agriculture from recognised university with specialization in Agricultural Botany or Plant Breeding and Genetics or agronomy or Seed Technology or Horticulture, Floriculture/Vegetable or Plant Pathology or Entomology or Nematology or Plant Physiology or agricultural Extension or Agricultural Economics.
Desirable:
Ph.D. in Plant Breeding and Genetics or Agronomy or Plant Physiology or Seed technology or Crop Production.
Experience:
Atleast 6 years experience (out of which at least 4 years should in the scale of Rs.8000-13500 (CDA) pre-revised/ Rs.8600- 14600 IDA (pre revised)/Rs.9300-34800 +GP 5400 (CDA) revised/Rs.Rs.16400-40500 IDA revised) in a responsible capacity in work relating to production, marketing, quality control of seeds or other agricultural inputs or in farm management in Govt. Universities/ Central / State Govt./ PSUs/Commercial establishment of repute.

Marketing Assistant-Posts-3
Pay scale: Rs.9600-27000 (IDA). Total emoluments at the minimum of the scale would be Rs.15500 /-p.m approx.
Age: Max 35 years as on 1st Jan., 2010
Qualification:
i) Graduate from any recognised university.
Experience:
ii) Atleast 5 years experience in Marketing in Govt. Deptt./PSU/reputed private companies Preference will be given to persons having knowledge of Window Basic, MS-Office, internet etc.

Relaxation:
Age is relaxable by 5 years for the internal candidates. SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates will get age relaxation as per the GOI instructions. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PH etc. are eligible to apply against general category and their candidatures will be considered as per rules.
