The National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) established by Ministry of Textiles, Govt. of India is a premier Institute of Fashion Business Education with 13 Centres located at New Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Gandhinagar, Kolkata, Mumbai, Bangalore, Bhopal, Kannur, Shillong, Patna, Rae Bareli, Kangra.
The Institute is having excellent facilities for Fashion Business Education and Research in Design, Management and Technology and is looking for personnel of high caliber and potential for Technical and Administrative positions in various NIFT Centres. The openings are for the following posts to be filled on regular and contract basis: -
Designation: Research Assistant
Number of Openings: 25 posts
Pay Scale: PB-2 – Rs.9300-34800 + 4200 (GP)
Designation: Senior Assistant (Accounts)
Number of Openings: 02 posts
Pay Scale: PB-2 – Rs.9300-34800 + 4200 (GP)
Designation: Junior Assistant
Number of Openings: 17 posts
Pay Scale: PB-1 Rs. 5200-20200 + 1900 (GP)
Note:
- Number of vacancies may be reduced or increased at the discretion of NIFT.
- One vacancy reserved for SC/ST and one vacancy reserved for OBC.
- Other allowances and Reservation for SC/ST/OBC & PHP, as per GOI Rules.
- Contractual appointments will be for a period of 03 years.
