Job Description :
MES Chief Engineer Kolkata Zone invites applications from eligible candidates on prescribed format for the following posts :
1. Lower Division Clerk (LDC) : 16 posts
(UR-8, SC-2, ST-1,OBC-5)
Pay Scale : Rs. 3050-4590
Age : 18-27 years, relaxation as per rules
Qualification : (i) Matriculation or equivalent Examination of recognized University/ Board (ii) Typing speed 30 Words per minute in English or 25 words per minute in Hindi on typewriter (iii) working knowledge of computer operations and its working in MS-Office.
2. Steno Grade-III : 05 posts
(UR-2, SC-1, ST-1, OBC-1)
Pay Scale : Rs.4000-6000
Qualification : Matriculation or equivalent (ii) Must possess a speed of 80 WPM in stenography/ shorthand either in English or in Hindi on manual typewriter. (iii) working knowldge of computer operations and its working in MS-Office.
