General conditions:
(1) Age/ experience relaxable in case of deserving candidates.
(2) The above post carries Dearness Allowance, Conveyance Allowance, City Compensatory Allowance and benefits like Provident Fund, Gratuity, Group Insurance Scheme, Group Personal Accident Scheme, Leave Travel Concession, Medical benefits etc., as per Company’s rules.
(3) Age relaxable by 5 years in case of SC/ST/Ex-servicemen/Persons With Disabilities (PWD) candidates and 3 years in case of OBC candidates as per Government directives.
(4) Candidates applying for the above post are required to send a Demand Draft for Rs.50/- drawn in favour of KIOCL limited payable at Bangalore. SC/ST/Ex- Servicemen/PWD/Internal candidates are exempted from submission of Demand Draft.
(5) Reservation and Relaxation of standard of suitability for SC/ST/OBC/Ex- Servicemen/ PWD candidates will be extended as per Government directives/ statutes.
(6) Persons With Disabilities (PWD) of OH & HH preferably 40% to 50% disability can apply along with a Disability Certificate issued by a Competent Authority in the prescribed format(Format annexed).
(7) Candidates who attend the interview will be reimbursed II Tier AC Class rail fare to & fro (shortest route) for posts in the scale of pay of E2 & above & for E1 i.e. Jr.Manager, II class Rail fare will be reimbursed, subject to production of proof viz tickets/ ticket nos. / receipts etc.
(8) Mere fulfillment of requirement laid down in the advertisement does not qualify a candidate for an interview.
(9) Persons working in Government/PSUs who have put in a minimum of two years in the next below scale or equivalent only need to apply through proper channel.
(10) Only Indian Nationals need to apply.
(11) Depending on the requirement, the Company reserves the right to cancel/ restrict/ enlarge/curtail the vacancies and the recruitment process without any further notice and without assigning any reason thereof.

(13) The scales of pay indicated against each post is due for revision w.e.f.1.1.2007.
