FEE: Demand Draft for Rs 500/300 or Rs 250/150 (SC/ST) depending upon category of posts drawn in favour of the Accounts Officer, JIPMER, payable at SBI, JIPMER Pondicherry.
MODE OF SELECTION: Written test/Skill Test and Personal Interview will be conducted at this Institute
HOW TO APPLY:
Candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria as mentioned above may apply in the prescribed format appended (Annexure) along with the attested copies of the following certificates/enclosures:-
Age Proof.
Relevant Educational and Technical Qualification for the post applied.
Demand draft in favour of the Accounts Officer, JIPMER, payable at Pondicherry (State Bank of India – JIPMER Branch) (in original).
“No Objection Certificate’ from the present employer, If employed and their applications are not routed through their employer in a State/Central Government/ Union Territories/Public Sector Undertaking/Autonomous bodies.
Relevant Experience certificate.
Latest OBC (Excluding Creamy Layer) certificate for OBC candidates in case of their claim against the said category. Otherwise, their application will be considered against UR Category. Production of MBC or BC certificate instead of OBC will be considered against UR category as per the terms and conditions for UR candidates.
Relevant proof for claiming of reservation against Ex-Serviceman/ PH/ Sports Quota.
Recent Passport Size Photograph affixed in application and attested by a Gazetted Officer.
Self addressed envelope of Size 12 X 26 cms affixing stamp for Rs.5/- superscribing the “Code No.: _________, Name of the Post ________________”.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Application cover should be superscribed as “Application for the Post of ________________(code no.:________ )” and the same should be addressed to the Director, JIPMER, Puducherry.605006.
Application along with attested copies of certificates as stated above should be submitted in the prescribed Pro-forma (Annexure) as in the specimen given below. It should be neatly typed / hand written on A4 size paper.
INCOMPLETE APPLICATION AND THE APPLICATION RECEIVED WITHOUT DEMAND DRAFT OF THE REQUIRED AMOUNT WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED.
Candidates working in Central/State Government/Union Territories/Public Sector undertaking / Autonomous bodies, their application should be routed through proper channel with the Vigilance Clearance Certificate or along with ‘No Objection Certificate’ from the Employer and the same should reach this office within the last date for receipt of filled in application. Otherwise, their application will be summarily rejected with out any intimation. Advance copy need not be sent.
Candidates belonging to reserved category such as OBC, SC and ST may also apply for the vacancies notified against UR without any relaxation in respect of Age.
This Institute is not responsible for any postal delay.
The Call memo will be sent only to Eligible candidates. No intimation will be sent for late applications and also for ineligible applications.
Incomplete application/ application received after due date mentioned below will be rejected with out any intimation
Unsigned application will be rejected summarily.
