Project: Worked on ABS technology (Anti lock- braking system) (A Subsidiary of Ford Motor Company, U.S.A)
The project was entitled “Optimizing a Degreasing Machine Using ABS technology (A technology adopted by organizations like U.S.A for effective control).
The aim of the project was to obtain the best possible design in braking system. The project successfully covered all the few stages of Define, design production on desired aim.
Experiments designed (DOE), with the help of the Software were successfully carried out in three different stages and hence the results were obtained. The software helped to point out the most significant factors and the interactions between any two significant factors that affected the output, and hence led to accurate experimentation.
