2. Preparation of production charts, daily production reports and manpower allotment in each machine keeping in tandem with the personnel department.
3. Maintaining the discipline and tidiness of the shop floor and labor management in a unionized work environment.
4. Feedback’s to the quality control inspectors and product on a regular basis to enhance the productivity and profitability of the organization.
