Job Description :
Indian Bank invites Online applications from Indian Citizens for the posts of Clerks (Cashiere also):
Clerks : 700 posts in various states
(UR-376, SC-115,ST-36,OBC-173) (PH-21, Ex.SM-70)
Qualification : A Degree in any discipline or any equivalent qualification OR A pass with 50% or more marks in Higher Secondary examination of 10+2 of the 10+2+3 pattern / Intermediate / Pre University or any equivalent examination / Diploma in Banking. Some releaxation form SC/ST/Ex.SM/PH candidates.
Age : 18-28 years as on 01/01/09, Relaxation to SC/ST/OBC/PH/Ex.SM candidates as per rules., Pay Scale : Rs.4410-13210
Application Fee : Rs.200/-(Rs.50/- for SC/ST/PH/Ex.SM candidates) to be paid in any branch of Indian Bank only by challans only which can be downloaded from the website.
Written test will be conducted on 21/06/2009 at different test centres across the country.
Apply : Application should be submitted only Online at the Indian Bank website between 20/04/2009 and 16/05/2009 .

my name is devi. i completed my B.Tech. I saw d notification 4 clerks in indian bank. but d exam date is 21st june.same day i have united bank’s exam. i m from kerala. so my centre is trivandrum. but 4 indian bank it is ernakulam. is any of them change exam date? i wish to write both.

I wrote the Indian bank clerk exam on 21 june 2009. I did attempt reasoning 40+, arithmetics 45,clerical aptitude 50and english 35. ,but i wrote in descriptive paper only 4 i had no time for that one.can i qualify in written exam ?please clarify my doubt please sir
