Assistant General Manager (AGM) : 07 posts, Age : 37 years, Qualification : Post Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University. 5 years experience., Pay Scale : Rs.17525-26625
Manager : 06 posts, Age : 32 years, Qualification : Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University. 3 years Experience., Pay Scale : Rs.13700-24400.

Project Appraisal
Assistant General Manager (AGM) : 06 posts, Age : 37 years, Qualification : Post Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University OR CA/MBA/ICWA or BE/B.Tech., 5 years experience., Pay Scale : Rs.17525-26625
Manager : 06 posts, Age : 32 years, Qualification : Graduation in any discipline OR CA/MBA/ICWA or BE/B.Tech. from a recognized University. 3 years Experience., Pay Scale : Rs.13700-24400.

Corporate Banking
Manager : 69 posts, Age : 32 years, Qualification : Graduation in any discipline. Additional qualifications like JAIIB/ CAIIB/ CA/ MBA (Finance/ Marketing) would be preferred., 3 years Experience., Pay Scale : Rs.13700-24400.

Fee : Rs.300/-(Rs.75/- for SC/ST/PWD/ Ex-Serviceman) payable by Demand Draft (DD) / Pay Order (PO) only favouring IDBI Bank Ltd. and payable at Mumbai. The candidates’ name, post applied for, System generated Registration number and address should be written on the reverse of the DD/Pay Order.
