• Typing Exam passed from institute recognized by MP govt.
• Steno Exam passed with speed of 100 wpm from institute recognized by MP govt.
• DCA Exam passed from institute recognized by MP govt.

Designation : Clerk Steno
No of Posts: 179
Pay Scale : Rs.5200-20200 grade pay Rs.1900 plus Spl. Pay Rs.125/-
Educational Qualification:

• Higher Secondary School Certificate or Higher Secondary Exam passed on 10+2 system from board/institute recognized by MP govt.
• Typing Exam passed from institute recognized by MP govt.
• Steno Exam passed with speed of 80 wpm from institute recognized by MP govt.
• DCA Exam passed from institute recognized by MP govt.

Designation : Assistant Grade-III
No of Posts : 483
Pay Scale : Rs.5200-20200 grade pay Rs.1900
Educational Qualification:

• Higher Secondary School Certificate or Higher Secondary Exam passed on 10+2 system from board/institute recognized by MP govt.
• Typing Exam passed from institute recognized by MP govt.
• DCA Exam passed from institute recognized by MP govt.

Age Limit : 18-35 years.
Relaxation as per rules.

Submission of Application: The application (typed in foolscap size paper) in prescribed format reach the Office of  District and Session Judge of concerned District where candidate want to appear for the examination
