Job Description : Haryana Public Service Commission invites Applications from eligible candidates for combined recruitment to the following 477 posts in power companies of Haryana :
Assistant Engineer (Electrical) : 339 posts
(HPGCL-100, UHBVNL-81, HVPNL-95, DHBVNL-63)
Qualification : Engineering Degree in Electrical/ Electrical and Electronics or equivalent with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC of Haryana)
Assistant Engineer (Electronics) : 32 posts
(HPGCL-32)
Qualification : Engineering Degree in Electronics/ Electronics and Communication/ Electronics and Telecommunications/ Electronics and Electrical Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation or equivalent with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC of Haryana)
Assistant Engineer (Mechanical) : 80 posts
(HPGCL-80)
Qualification : Engineering Degree in Mechainical or equivalent with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC of Haryana)
Assistant Engineer (Civil) : 18 posts
(HPGCL-4, UHBVNL-2, HVPNL-12)
Qualification : Engineering Degree in Civil or equivalent with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC of Haryana)
Assistant Engineer (Instrumentation) : 08 posts
(HPGCL-8)
Qualification : Engineering Degree in Instrumentation/ Instrumentation and Control/ Instrumentation Technology or equivalent with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC of Haryana)
Qualification : (ii) Hindi/ Sanskrit upto Matric (10th)
Pay Scale : PB-2 Rs.9300-34800 Grade Pay Rs.5400/-
Age : 20-40 years as on 1/8/09, Relaxation as per rules.
Application Form : For application form and detailed information write to Secretary, Haryana Public Service Commission, Bays No.1-10, Block-B, Sector-4, Panchkula by remitting Rs.500/- (Rs.125/- for SC/ST of all states and BC/ESM/PH of Haryana only) at counter or Rs.1050/- (Rs.300) by post as the case above only through IPO/ Bank Draft payable to Secretary HPSC at Panchkula with self addressed (with pin code) envelope of size 24×11 cm size.
Apply : Filled in application form should be sent to the Commission’s office at Bays No.1-10, Block-B, Sector-4, Panchkula by post or in person on or before 25/06/2009 (03/07/09 for the candidates of far-flung areas of the country)

you can make character certificate by your surpunch of your village or get it signed by any class 1 officer in your premises who know you and can sign for you

the pay scale of asst engineer is given in the ad. Rs 9300/- as per revised pay of 6th pay commission, it is same as Junior Engineer in HPGCL,
but as per 5th pay commission pay scale of asst engineer was Rs 8000/-, why the scale is very low in 6th pay commission. can any body have any idea about total pay of asst engineer in haryana power generation

good evening sir still i have not received my admit card of haryana public service commission assistance engineer of electronic r written exam which is going to held on second of august just few day ahead from today.
what should i do?? where i have to concern or sir if you have any contact no regarding exam information

I have done about 50 – 60 correct and left are tukas.
sir when written test result declare, written test was held on 02 /08/09, for the post of electrical assistant engineer.
paper ke alawa aur bhi kuchh kiya ya nahin. check ur pocket also.
is any one can tel the date of interview for electrical or it wil be like last year and when will be the result updated on the site
whether result wil be published on site merit of marks or merit wil be made after taking money why so much delay even in the print media result declared but not in the site
