• Provide efficient and superior handling of corporate clients with regards to airfares, itineraries and other travel arrangements based to their need.
• Make travel related reservations and issue tickets to clients, taking care that all relevant airlines rules and regulations has been met, at the same time bearing in mind the product delivered meets the clients requirements and expectations.
• Incase of non availability of seats recommend alternate classes of travel, routes or carriers and effectively sell space.

• Make regular telephone calls to clients to update them on new products and services.
• Ensure all revenue documents issued are correctly reported on a daily basis, in the back office system..
• Communicate & ensures travel and expense policy guidelines are followed.
• Monitors vendor performance to ensure quality service

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Receives travel requests from managers and administrative staff via email, phone or in person.
• Within policy guidelines, determines appropriate transportation, accommodations and/or other travel details required for domestic and international business travel (air, train, hotel, car, etc.)
• Communicate & ensures travel and expense policy guidelines are followed.
• Consults published and computer sources to analyze and evaluate commercial rates, lowest logical air fares, times, routings, and appropriate car rentals.
• Uses computerized reservation and ticketing systems to book transportation and hotel reservations, and issue itineraries.
• Ensures all reservations are confirmed prior to travel.
• Prepares management reports and/or reviews travel vendor provided reports.
• Evaluate, negotiate, select, and procure vendor services.
• Monitors vendor performance to ensure quality service.
• Administers visa process for all travelers requiring visa assistance including: procuring necessary documentation such as passports, visas, or other clearances
• Serves as general resolves issues.
• Handling of Export Forms like C-Form, H-Forms etc
• Front Office Management – Attending telephone calls and fixing appointments for Company Directors

Experience
Qualifications:
• More Than 3 years of experience working in a corporate travel department, travel agency or equivalent.
• Experience working for a banking or financial service company is preferred

• Must have the ability to think quickly and independently
