Special Recruitment Drive For Persons With Disability In Hearing Impairent Category

MMTC Limited, a Government of India Enterprise under administrative control of Department of Commerce under Ministry of Commerce & Industry and accorded the status of “PREMIER TRADING HOUSE” is engaged in export / import of Mineral ores, Metals, Precious Metals, Fertilizers, Agro, Coal & Hydro-carbon etc has registered a turnover of Rs.36,820 crores during the year 2008-09 and over Rs.45,000 crores during 2009-10 as per unaudited accounts.

Over the years, MMTC has continuously innovated its business operations to adapt effectively to the era of globalization. To strengthen its core team of professionals, MMTC Limited invites applications in prescribed proforma from professionals in Marketing and Finance & Accounts, exclusively from Persons with Disabilities in the Hearing Impairment category for the posts of Deputy Manager (Marketing) / Deputy Manager (Finance & Accounts). Eligibility criteria and other details of the posts are given below:

Deputy Manager (Marketing) / Deputy Manager (Finance & Accounts)
Pay Scale: Rs.16400 – 40500
Age: Max 30 yrs as on 1st May, 2010 relaxable by 5 years. Further relaxation by another 5 years in case of SC/ST and 03 yrs in case of candidates belonging to OBC category.
Qualification:
a) Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University &
b) Masters in Business Administration specializing in Marketing Management from a reputed Institute / recognized University with atleast 55% in the aggregate. and
a) Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University &
c) Qualified Cost Accountant or Chartered Accountant.

Selection:
1. Candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria would only qualify to participate in the selection process which may consist of written test and / or group discussion and /
or interview.
2. Preference shall be given to candidates possessing higher qualification and suitable experience in relevant field for selection.
3. Based on the performance in the written test and / or group discussion and / or interview and taking into account relevant additional qualification and experience, a merit list shall be prepared.
