DELHI POLICE SUB INSPECTOR EXECUTIVE RECRUITMENTS 2010-MALE / FEMALE JOBS PHASE II

Sub Inspector (Executive) Recruitments(Male and Female) 2010 Phase-II in Delhi Police

Applications are invited to fill 380 vacant posts of Sub-Inspector (Executive)-Male and 82 vacant posts of Sub-Inspector (Executive)-Woman in Delhi Police -2009 under the following categories in the pay scale of PB-2 Rs. 9300-34800 + Grade Pay Rs. 4200/- and other allowances as admissible.

Recruitment will be held at Delhi for which candidates from all parts of the country fulfilling conditions mentioned hereunder can apply:-

Pay Band: PB-2 Rs.9300-34800 + Grade Pay Rs.4200
Age: 20 to 25 years as on 01/07/2009. Relaxation in age as per rules
Qualification: Graduate from a recognised university or equivalent

Written Test: All candidates, who qualify the physical endurance & measurement tests, shall be put through a written test of three (03) hours duration which will carry 200 marks. The question paper will be of objective type and will include questions on Reasoning, General Knowledge/Current Affairs, Numerical Ability and English for 70, 50, 30 and 50 marks respectively. The question for written examination in Reasoning, General Knowledge/Current Affairs and Numerical Ability will be bilingual (English and Hindi).

Application Fee : Rs.100/- in the form of DD/Banker’s cheque in favour of DCP/Recruitment Cell, New Police Lines, Delhi, payable at Delhi. SC/ST and Ex.SM candidates are exempted.

How to Apply : You can submit application by both Offline and Online methods. For Offline, please filled you application in the prescribed format and send Duly filled-in application forms through ordinary post to Post Box No. 8020, Delhi-110033 and write on the top of the envelop “Application for the post of Sub-Inspector (Exe.)-Male in Delhi Police-2009 (Phase-II)” or “Application for the post of Women Sub- Inspector (Exe.) in Delhi Police-2009 (Phase-II). GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Application forms will be rejected if they are:-
1. Incomplete
2. Without Demand/Bank Draft /banker’s cheque of Rs. 100/-
3. Received in duplicate
4. Without attested copy of certificate in case of SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen for fee exemption.
5. Without photograph.
6. Application form not signed by the candidate.
2. If there is any variation in the interpretation of words/ instructions, the English version will prevail and the decision of Police Headquarters will be final.
3. Candidates already working with Govt. can apply after intimating to their Head of Office/Department and need not send another copy through proper channel. An undertaking to this effect may be enclosed with the application form. They will have to provide N.O.C. from their department at the time of Interview.
4. If ineligibility of a candidate is detected at any stage, his/her candidature will be cancelled without any prior notice.
5. The candidate must be sure of his/her height, chest and educational qualification, which should conform to the minimum standards laid down.
6. Any change in the schedule already announced would be displayed on the notice board of the DCP/Recruitment Cell, New Police Lines, Kingsway Camp, Delhi and on “Notice Board” available on the website www.delhipolicerecruitment.nic.in.
7. Candidate should mention his/her Roll No./Registration No. on the application while making any correspondence with the CP/Recruitment Cell. It should be addressed to the following: DCP/ Recruitment Cell, New Police Lines, Kingsway Camp, Delhi -110009.
8. Candidates are advised to keep with themselves photocopies of application form, admit card and admission card (at the time of written examination) for ready reference.
9. Medium of instruction in Police Training School is Hindi.
10. Admit card for PE&MT will be sent to the candidates by post at their given address and Admission card for the written examination will be issued to the successful candidate immediately after the PE&MT is over at the ground itself on the same day.
11. The Admit/Admission card will also be available on Delhi Police Website. All those who do not receive the same by post can be download the same from Delhi Police website “My account” which will be valid.
12. No TA /DA will be paid.
