How to Apply:
Application form may be obtained from the office of the Deputy Registrar (Estt.) on cash payment of Rs. 200/- (Rs. 50/- for SC/ST) and by post on payment of Rs. 250/- (Rs. 100/- for SC/ST candidates) through Demand Draft in favour of Registrar, Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science & Technology, Murthal (Sonepat) payable at SBI, Sonepat. Request for application form through registered post will be entertained upto 20th March, 2010 only. The application form can also be downloaded from the university website. The downloaded form must accompany Demand Draft of Rs.200/- (Rs. 50 for SC/ST) in favour of Registrar, Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science & Technology, Murthal (Sonepat) payable at SBI, Sonepat. Qualifications for teaching posts are as per UGC/ AICTE norms and for nonteaching posts the qualifications and other instructions are available on university websites www.dcrustm.org, www.dcrustm.ac.in. In case UGC Notification regarding revised qualification is received during the process of this advertisement, the qualification as prescribed in the said notification will be applicable

The application complete in all respect must reach the office of Deputy Registrar (Estt.), Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science & Technology, Murthal (Sonepat) – 131039 latest by 31st March, 2010. Incomplete applications or those received after the last date for any reasons including postal delay will not be entertained, and shall be summarily rejected. The University may short list the candidates based on certain criteria if the number of applications happens to be large for any category. The University reserves the right to increase / decrease the number of posts or it may not fill any of the posts advertised without assigning any reason. Those in service should send their application through proper channel or submit NOC from the employer at the time of interview otherwise they will not be allowed to appear in interview. Reservation of posts will be for Haryana Residents only and as per the reservation policy of State Government. The posts can also be filled up on deputation basis.
