Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the following posts under the Council.
Qualifications and other eligibility conditions are given below:
1. Psychiatrist – 01 post (Unreserved) (Group ‘A’) Pay band Rs. 15600-39100 + Grade pay Rs. 6,600, Place of present posting – Kottayam (Kerala), Age : 50 years and below* Qualification: Essential: 1) M.D. in Psychiatry or M.D. in Psychological medicine. 2) 03 years research/teaching experience in the discipline/subject after obtaining the Post Graduate Qualification.
2. Research Officer (Pharmacology)- 01 post (Unreserved) (Group ‘A’) Pay band Rs. 15600- 39100 + Grade Pay Rs. 5,400, Place of present posting – Noida (U.P.), Age: 40 years and below* Qualification: Essential First or High second class MD Degree in Pharmacology of minimum of 2 years duration from a recognized University/ Institution. OR 1) First or High second class M.Sc. in Pharmacology or M.V.Sc. Degree from a recognized University/ Institution. 2) 3 years Research/ Teaching experience in Pharmacology after obtaining degree in a recognized Hospital/ Institution. OR 1) First or High second class MBBS Degree from a recognized University/ Institution. 2) 3 years Research/Teaching experience in Pharmacology after obtaining the MBBS degree in a recognized Hospital/Institution.
3. Research Officer (Chemistry) – 01 post (Unreserved) (Group ‘A’) Pay band Rs. 15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs. 5,400, Place of present posting – Noida (U.P.), Age: 40 years and below* Qualification: Essential: 1) First or high second class Post Graduate degree in the concerned
discipline from a recognized University/ Institution. 2) 5 years Research/Teaching experience in the concerned discipline after obtaining the degree in a recognized Institution/College/ University. OR 1) Ph.D. in the concerned discipline from a recognized University/Institution. 2) 2 years Research/Teaching experience in the concerned discipline in a recognized Institution/College/ University.
4. Research Officer (Homoeopathy) – 01 post (Reserved for Physically Handicapped) (Group-A) Pay Band- Rs.15600-39100+Rs.5,400/-. Place of posting will be decided at the time of posting. Age: 40 years and below.* Qualifications: Essential 1) Degree in Homoeopathy from a
recognized Statutory Board/Council/University included in the second schedule to Homoeopathy Central Act 1973. 2) 04 years professional experience after obtaining Degree out of which 02 years in Research/Teaching in a recognized Institute/College/University. 3) Enrolment on the Central Register of CCH or State Register of Homoeopathy. 4) Knowledge of English & Hindi is essential. Desirable: Science at Higher Secondary or Intermediate level. OR 1) M.D. in Homoeopathy from a recognized statutory Board/Council/University included in the second
schedule to Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973. 2) Enrolment on the Central Register of CCH or State Register of Homoeopathy. 3) Knowledge of English & Hindi is essential.
5. Occupational Therapist – 01 post (Unreserved) (Group ‘B”) Pay band Rs. 9300-34800 + Grade Pay Rs. 4,200, Place of present posting : Kottayam (Kerala), Age: 35 years and below* Qualification: Essential: 1) Degree in Occupational Therapist or any other equivalent qualificat-
tion from a recognized University/Institution. 2) 3 years experience in the field after obtaining degree preferably in a mental hospital.
6. Statistical Assistant – 02 posts (Unreserved) (Group ‘C’) Pay band Rs. 5200-20200+GP Rs.2800 Place of present posting: Kottayam (Kerala) & Noida (U.P.), Age: 30 years and below* (Under Department of AYUSH, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of India)
Qualification: Master Degree in Statistics/Mathematics with statistics as one of the subjects or Graduate of a recognized University, with statistics or mathematics as a subject with three years experience in handling statistical data in an Institute of repute.
7. Staff Nurse – 15 posts (General-7, OBC-4, S.C.-2, S.T.-2) (Group ‘C’ ) Pay band Rs. 9300-34800 + Grade Pay Rs. 4,200, Place of present posting: Kottayam (Kerala) & Noida (U.P.) OR B.Sc. in Nursing from a recognized University/Institution and registered with the Nursing Council of India. Desirable: Experience of working in a Homoeopathic Hospital.
8. X-Ray Technician – 01 post (Reserved for O.B.C.) (Group ‘C”), Pay band: 5200-20200 + Grade pay Rs. 2,800 Place of present posting: Noida (U.P.), Age: 25 years and below* Qualification: Essential: 1) Certificate in X-Ray Technology of minimum of two years duration
from a recognized Institution. 2) One year experience in handling X-Ray Plant in a recognized Hospital/Institution.

• Footnotes: i) Qualification (s) relaxable at the discretion of the Council in the case of candidate otherwise well qualified. ii) Qualification (s) regarding experience relaxable at the discretion of the Council in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST, if at any stage of the selection, the Council is of the opinion that sufficient number of candidates from these communities is not likely to be available to fill up the vacancies reserved for them.
* Relaxable for Govt./Public undertaking employees, Ex-servicemen and other categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Govt. from time to time.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. Self attested copies of educational qualifications, experience, age, caste certificate etc. should be attached with the application along with two recent passport size photographs. Original certificates are required to be produced at the time of interview.
2. New Pension Scheme of the Council will be applicable.
3. The number of vacancies and places of posting as shown against each post may vary subject to requirement at the stage of final selection.
4. The candidates selected for appointment against the posts mentioned above are liable to transfer any where in India and the individual selected against the above vacancies will be posted in any of the Institutes/Units/Hqrs office of the Council.
