Qualifications:
Masters degree in Social Sciences with first class preferably Economics with M.Phil., with at least 20 years multi-disciplinary experience in programme management in areas of community centred development of which minimum 5 years shall be at the state level. Formal association with local governments and other mass based programmes in decentralization essential.

Degree in graduate Engineering with first class, in any branch of Engineering with at least 20 years of multi disciplinary experience in training, governance, human resources management and operations. At least 5 years experience in handling implementation in energy or power system related projects (generation or transmission or distribution) in government or public sector. Actual experience in handling information systems preferably in the energy sector desirable.
